FIERA DELLA SARDEGNA, Competition (Honorable Mention), Cagliari, Italy (2009)
Despite its gripping vicinity to the sea, the Fair of Cagliari is presently missing out the opportunity to set up part of its program on the water. The fair is perfectly inserted in a strategic context with regards to the City, the natural system of parks and hills and with respect to the sea. Contradictorily, the introvert Fair's scheme rejects a positive relationship with its surroundings preventing the full exploitation of its potentials.
